February 2013 vs February 2012

In 2012 there were only 62 homes sold in Fishers.  Just one year later we see an 87% increase in closed deals!  Amazing!

In 2012 the average sales price was at $209,706.   So in just one year we see a jump of over 8%!

January 2013 in Fishers Indiana was all about volume.  We started the new year off with a bang and saw over 80 homes close last month.  This is great news, as this is a 45% increase over the same period last year!  It’s great to see this much activity even during the cold and snowy winter months!  Check out the statistics below to see the average numbers for Fishers.

86 homes were sold in Fishers, IN in January 2013.   

The average home sold had 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and 2,301 square feet.  

The average list price last month was $218,339.

The average sales price for January 2013 was $210,992.  

These numbers give us an average sales price of 96.7% of the list price.  

Average Day On Market was 101 for January 2013.

January 2012 vs January 2013

Just one year ago only 59 homes were sold in Fishers.  That means that in just one year we saw a 45% increase in sales!  
$227,729 was the average list price in January 2012. In January 2013 we lost 4% on the average listing price. The average sales price fell by 3%. While these numbers are slightly discouraging, we did see sellers getting 96.7% of the list price vs the 95.26% in 2012.  Days on market also fell by 36 days!
